Do you find yourself questioning your decisions? Putting yourself down? Replaying conversations over and over in your head? Maybe you have trouble saying ‘no.’ You feel burnt out or resentful toward others. Maybe you catch yourself trying to be PERFECT, but imposture syndrome sneaks into your mind and makes you doubt yourself.

Life does not have to feel this complicated. People who struggle with self-esteem may have depression and/or anxiety. They may struggle asserting themselves, setting boundaries and being kind to themselves. Low self-esteem does not only affect you, but often times, the relationships you have with others. My goal as your therapist is to help you overcome your self-doubt and learn to find comfort in being perfectly imperfect.
